Printing & Publishing Services

Whether you want to proudly declare that you did the entire process yourself or you want help with every step, I’ve got a recommendation for you.

(Learn more about IngramSpark and Amazon KDP in my Tips for Writers article on Self-Publishing Platforms!)

IngramSpark

IngramSpark is a self-publishing platform that can get your eBook and print book in stores across the globe, including online stores like Amazon and even brick-and-mortar stores like Barnes & Noble. They offer a free ISBN to use with their platform and have a wide array of options such as trim size, color, book jackets, and more so you can customize your book exactly how you want it to appear. While I proudly provided my clients with a code for free title setup with IngramSpark, as of May 1, 2023, anyone can enjoy this luxury—no code required! (This is the platform I used for my own book, Horse Cents.)

Amazon KDP

As a worldwide online store, Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) is another self-publishing platform that also offers a free ISBN and free upload/publishing to their platform. You can choose from eBook, paperback, and/or hardcover formats.

Atmosphere Press

Want to take the stress out of it but still maintain full rights to your book? Check out what Atmosphere Press has to offer. As a selective hybrid publisher, they offer a dedicated team of editors, designers, distributors, and publicists who will guide you for the entire publishing journey while simultaneously allowing you to retain 100% of the rights, make all the final decisions, and receive favorable royalties.

Let me know if you plan to reach out to them so I can help you bypass the slush pile!
